Returns and Exchanges are accepted for all unworn items within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.

International customers are responsible for the cost to ship items back to our fulfillment center. If you have a question about a return, please email

International Returns/ Exchanges

International Customers are required to pay the postage to ship package pack to us. Please address all packages back to:

Please send an email to with the tracking # of order so we can process at quickly as possible. We will also be able to send your exchange out as quickly as possible, one we see tracking from delivery carrrier.

Refunds (if applicable):

Any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items received within 7 days will be refunded at the original purchase amount and in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 Business Days after we receive items to process your return.

You will receive an email confirmation once we have processed your return. Please allow up to 14 days after we process your return, including processing time for the bank to process your refund. If your order is only applicable for store credit, that credit amount will be available as soon as your return is received and processed.


We offer Free Exchanges on all products that are not Final Sale. Via our Advanced Exchange Portal, you are able to Exchange your product for a different size, or a different color/style in the same collection for a 1 for 1 exchange. Once you have completed your Exchange, you will be sent a return label for your original item. As soon as that item is scanned by our delivery partner, your exchange will ship.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Damaged Items

If for some reason, your item is damaged, send us an email at, and we will get resolved for you.
